Improve your pitch recognition and base running.
*Pitching Emphasis*
Strength and Endurance, Pitching mechanics, Warm-up techniques/drills, Situational work, and Instruction on all major pitches
*Clinic Format: Saturdays 9am-11:30am / Tuesdays 6:30pm – 8:30pm
